Internal Use Discipline
Operating entities are authorized to use intellectual property strictly within approved parameters. No ownership rights are transferred. No implied rights exist. All use is conditional upon compliance with licensing terms.
Third-Party Restrictions
OEMs, ODMs, suppliers, and partners do not acquire intellectual property rights under any circumstances. All third-party engagement is indirect and governed through operating entities acting under license.
